Sampetru Development SRL is a Romanian real estate dvelopment company which develop a residential project in a unique location in Romania - near the Natural Reserve of Sanpetru Lempes.
Project
Customer needs for this project included a wide range of services: branding, visual and verbal identity, print, web, 3D simulation.
Solution
The first step in this project was to find the name for the residential project, previous name - Lempes One - is easily confused with another similar project.
Name found by Q-design - Greenville Residence, is very expressive and is unique among real estate projects in the Brasov area.
Once found the name was started the process of making visual identity (logos, letterheads, presentation brochures, flyers, business cards, presentation folder) and website development for project presentation.
The most complex part was to make 3D rendering of the project which involved the largest amount of work, the result being an exact copy of the Greenville Residence as it will look like at the end.
